I’ve been hearing a lot of things about The Art of Approaching written by Joseph Matthews.

The title was just too appealling for me to not want to find out what all the fuss was about, I mean it teaches guys how to pickup women!

What I found interesting was that this was the only book in the entire seduction world that focuses upon the approach. This aspect is of extreme importance, because approaching women is one of the biggest sticking points that men share when they want to meet women.

I know from my personal experiences the feeling of approach anxiety and how scary it is when you want to approach a hot stranger. Picture this situation, your heart beats faster, you start becoming nervous and your adrenaline kicks in. This sounds crazy doesn’t it!

The Art of Approaching is a great book that teaches men specifically how to approach women. The book has several chapters and they include the topics relating to:

• The Art Of Body Language
• The Art Of Confidence
• The Art Of Approaching
• The Art Of Flirting
• The Art Of Storytelling
• The Art Of Being Social

Even though the book does cover other aspects of dating and seduction, the focus is mainly about the initial approach. I honestly did not know the complications that came with approaching women until the author broke down the process into a systematic format.

Joseph illustrates how you can use direct openers to show her your interest without being creepy. I like how Joseph points out that there are at least 3 more ways to open and approach women that I didnt even know existed. Eg. using the environment or being indirect. Joseph Matthews also takes into consideration and talks about the psychological pressures you will face when approaching women.

It was good to see that the author was not born a natural with women so he also had to learn the hard way like the rest of us. Joseph is no natural when it comes to the dating game, so he knows how a normal guy would feel when they want to approach women!
